Today we found all sorts of things...
1. Henry found a teeny, tiny baby frog. Poor thing didn't last long in his little hands. Of course Henry's convinced he's just been sleeping.
2. Henry also found a baby bird egg that didn't hatch this spring. That, along with the baby frog, spent the entire afternoon in a sealed Ziploc for everyone in the neighborhood to see.
3. I found a local grass cutting service who was willing to cut the yard today. Our mower won't start and the grass has been growing like crazy with all the sun and rain. The yard looks so nice with the grass cut and edged and leaves picked up! What a nice treat to have that big job taken care of for me this week.
4. I found a new friend today! My father-in-law works with a young lawyer, Nicole, who is dating an attorney here at Bragg. She stopped by this afternoon and we ended up talking for over 3 hours. I loved her! We have plans to get together again next time she's in town. What a nice surprise!
5. James found out he hates sweeping. This is his new (and only) chore and he hates it. Which is precisely why he will be doing it nightly.
6. We all found out that cereal really does make a dinner.
7. And... the boys are all about to find out what early bedtime looks like. Well... hopefully! :)

About Me
- Beth
- I am a stay-at-home mom to 3 energetic, funny, sweet, and crazy boys. I married my best friend, Chris, and love our life together. The Army is sending him overseas soon so I thought this blog would be a great way for him (and the grandparents!) to keep up with our hectic life. Unfortunately the Army keeps us too far from family and most of our friends so hopefully this will help us stay connected.
