Time with Aunt Meggie...

It's so nice having Megan here visiting!   It's so much more fun having an adult "partner" around to share the day.  I was able to run uninterrupted and continue painting furniture for the back patio with less of my usual "helpers."  (I'll post before and after pictures of the porch area in a few days once the furniture dries.)

The boys are still super excited to have Nico and Gabby (and Kenton, Christian and Jonathan) in the neighborhood.  They basically wore themselves out bouncing around from house to house playing today.  Of course at one point that meant everyone was here but honestly... if they're playing nicely and not destroying the place, fine by me.

Here's a picture of Aunt Megan reading to Henry right before swim practice.  As you can see, Henry's eye has turned a deep shade of purple but some of the swelling has gone down.  Just this afternoon he's been able to lift his eyelid a little bit to see out of it.

I'm pretty sure the boys wore Aunt Megan out today!  I think it'll be an early night for all.  We're so glad she's here!
