We drove up to MD on Friday afternoon and all spent the night at my mom's. On Saturday, Chris and James got on the road for Philly to attend the Army/ Navy football game with Grandpa and cousin, RJ. It sounds like the boys all had a great time even though Army lost the game in the final minutes. BUMMER!

While they (Chris and Keith) were probably pounding their chests... and a few beers.... we were having CRAFT TIME with Gigi! I mean, really. Is there any question about who made the better choice for weekend plans?
First we baked cookies-- in cool "bone" and "finger" molds that Gigi bought on clearance after Halloween. We're all about mixing the holidays...
Then we made a gingerbread house...
The final product...
And then, when we were all "baked out," we made ornaments and Santa picture frame holders.
And then.... we went shopping!
DUH. We are the clear winners.
Okay... except at bedtime when the boys were sick of all the bonding they'd done all day...

HAHA those last two sequences cracked me up! Craft weekend sounded like the clear winner!
