Our week with the Campions!

We had a fun week with Connor, Claire, Clark and Allison Campion!  The kids had a great time catching up, especially James and Connor.  Allison and I met and became fast friends back at Fort Stewart, Georgia when both of us were pregnant with our first sons.  Greg, Allison's husband, and Chris also worked closely together so we've always shared a special friendship and connection.

Here are a few pictures of us from 8 years ago...

Allison and I at a West Point Alumni Ball,
right after the guys got home from Iraq.

The boys were born only days apart.

Sweet babies!

And here are a few pictures from this week...

Connor, James, and Nicolas.... 8 years old now!

One day we took all of the kids to Waldo's Beach Water Park.  It had water slides, pools, a lazy river, a splash pad, a huge lake with lots of other water activities (like rope swings, huge inflatable "balloons" to jump on, etc)....

The gang!

And these two.  Wow.  Talk about T-R-O-U-B-L-E...

Pete and Clark, both 2 years old.
They look sweet and innocent, no?
Check them out in "regular form"...

We tried our best to wear all 6 kiddos out every day... going to parks, and water parks, and pools, and birthday parties, and inflatable water slides at home.  Basically so Al and I could finally sit down with a glass of wine and talk.

I already miss her and she just left.  Thank goodness they just moved to Virginia.  Now we can hopefully see them all more often!

Love love love them all.

About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom to 3 energetic, funny, sweet, and crazy boys. I married my best friend, Chris, and love our life together. The Army is sending him overseas soon so I thought this blog would be a great way for him (and the grandparents!) to keep up with our hectic life. Unfortunately the Army keeps us too far from family and most of our friends so hopefully this will help us stay connected.
