Why sit when you can...

stand during the entire awards ceremony?

Right.

The second graders all received various awards for reading goals achieved, perfect attendance, good behavior, etc. during the first 9-week awards assembly yesterday...

We came home to find a surprise in our mailbox!  Charlie received his first gift...


An adorable polka-dotted leash from cousins Keegan, Liam, and Margo!!  You can be sure Charlie has had several walks with his new cute leash on... mostly around the kitchen.  ;-)

The Army is sending him overseas soon so I thought this blog would be a great way for him (and the grandparents!) to keep up with our hectic life.
